The Pink Purse International sites, hereinafter, "The Sites", "The PPI sites"; and included in references to "websites", are operated by their publisher, Wharton King, LLC (hereinafter, “WK” or "WK, LLC" maintained by the third party technologies of Google.com, BlogTalkRadio.com, YouTube.com, Twittter.com, and Facebook.com respectively, and offered to the User conditioned on acceptance by the User without modification of the terms and conditions contained herein. Use of the content, services, and/or products presented in any and all areas of the sites constitutes the User's agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions and those posted in specific areas of the sites.

WK respects the privacy of its readers and shall not disclose, distribute or rent its e-mail list to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else within their control to do so.
e. Ads
As an Amazon Associate, FU/WK may earn from qualifying purchases, via links that may appear on this blog.
e. Modification
WK shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms of this agreement at any time without notice. Changes shall be effective immediately. You agree to review this agreement periodically since subsequent use by you of this site shall constitute your acceptance of any changes. WK shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect of the PPI sites.
f. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by WK at any time without notice. In the event of termination, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
g. Indemnity/Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall WK or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the misuse of, use of, or the inability to use, any of the materials contained on, or presented via, the PPI sites. You specifically acknowledge and agree that WK is not liable for any conduct of any User, Follower, or Interviewee. As a condition of use of the PPI sites, the User or Follower agrees to indemnify WK and its suppliers from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from User's or Follower's use or experience of the sites, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by User or Follower, of these terms and conditions. If you are dissatisfied with any material herein, or with any of WK conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using or following the PPI sites.
h. Advertising, Marketing, and Guest/Interviewee/Subject Indemnity/Limitation of Liability
Pink Purse International Marketing and Advertising Fees are non-refundable. Pink Purse International (PPI) reserves the right to reject any advertising or marketing the content and/or click-through URL of which is deemed not suitable for PPI's sites.The Marketing Client, Advertiser, or Guest/Interviewee/Subject agrees to assume liability for the content of any advertisement, marketing, or other promotional content they have in any form or fashion, directly or indirectly, caused to be published on the Pink Purse International News site, Pink Purse International WOPH Podcast, Pink Purse International social media and WK founder social media sites, and marketing channels that PPI utilizes, and any claim arising from such publication, including, but not limited to, claims for libel, invasion of privacy, commercial appropriation of one’s name or likeness, copyright infringement, trademark, trade name or patent infringement, commercial defamation, false advertising, or any other claim whether based in tort or contract, or on account of any state or federal statute, including state and federal deceptive trade practices acts. In addition, the Marketing Client, Advertiser, Guest/Interviewee/Subject agree to indemnify, defend and hold WK (d/b/a PPI) harmless for all claims (whether valid or invalid), lawsuits, judgments, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any nature (including the assessment of reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from or caused by the publication of any advertisement, marketing content, or any other content placed, provided, or inspired by the Marketing Client, Advertiser, or Guest/Interviewee/Subject.
The third party trademarks, trade information, and any digital ads set forth on WOPH, anchor.fm/woph andThe Pink Purse International News, www.pinkpurseintl.com are the property of their registered owners. who are not affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Wharton King LLC dba Pink Purse International. The third party digital ads present on the Pink Purse International News site are supplied via Google, and other third party vendors who have provided consideration to Wharton King LLC dba Pink Purse International for marketing services. Wharton King LLC/Pink Purse International does not expressly endorse any third party vendor, third party vendor products, or the views or messaging expressed by the third party vendor in its digital ads, trademarks, or other marketing.
i. General
WK reserves the right to deny access to the PPI sites to anyone at any time. This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in this and all of the WK and PPI sites; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with state law in the residential state of the WK founder. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in the residential state of the WK founder. If any provision is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable, that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
