Award-Winning Actor and Producer, Edna Lee Figueroa

by Fey ( https://amzn.to/319POd5 ) And then there are actors who are activist, living their truth onstage, onscreen, and in the rallying streets. Edna Lee Figueroa, a SAG-AFTRA transplant from Puerto Rico, began living the dream at home and then in the grit of the NY theatre and indie movie scene. And then her anxiety hit harder, and she uncovered a secret she’d hidden away, even from herself, and found herself in the thick of things back in Puerto Rico, advocating for change.  WOPH catches up with this tremendously courageous and accomplished returning guest, and reveals how truly communally pivotal her past few years have been. The Women of Power Hours continues The Conversation about the epic sociocultural experiences of Women in the world.  Listen: ‪ https://lnkd.in/gz77NwB Host: Fey Ugokwe, Esq.; Guest: Edna Lee Figueroa.
